Not only Ekta Kapoor but the name of the director of series and screenwriter too was mentioned under FIR and every one of the above are booked under Section 294 IPC (Injury or defiling place of worship), Section 298 (uttering words to wound religious feelings) of IPC and various other acts like Information and Technology Act and therefore the State Emblem of India (Prohibition of Improper Use) Act. The objectified seen in her above mentioned series -”there was a scene where the wife of army soldier having extra material affair while his husband was on duty and she let her boyfriend to wear her husband’s uniform later during intercourse tearing it off in lustrous manner which depicts an insult to uniform”. Although if we talk about present scenario the above-mentioned scene has been omitted from the series.Indian army soldiers are the foremost respectable beings in India and no-body has right to disrespect them. They sacrifice themselves for us. On 15th July 2020, Hindustani Bhau (Vikas Pathak) former contestant of big Boss 13 also filed complaint in Maharashtra against Ekta Kapoor and her mother Shobha Kapoor.
