Introduction
IPR is an evolutionary
field. We at IP Assisto aim to disseminate
awareness and carry out research in order to contribute towards a robust
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) regime in India. We are here to share a global perception of practices related
to intellectual property retaining national identity and local constraints. IPR
provides an incentive for creativity and the disclosure of information and
plays a significant role in encouraging innovations in the form of
product/process development leading to technical advancement. The vision of the centre will be
accomplished by providing support and guidance to each and every person in need
of protecting their invention and creations. The centre will familiarize all
stakeholders with the importance of Intellectual Property laws in today’s
technology driven society and provide them a platform for interaction.
IPR provides an incentive for creativity and the
disclosure of information and plays a significant role in encouraging
innovations in the form of product/process development leading to technical
advancement. Therefore knowledge about IPR becomes essential in the field of law.
What and Why are we
organizing?
We are organizing Faculty
