About the Competition

The event is aimed at promoting the analysis of judgment through this national commentary competition, 2020 will enable the participants to know how these latest judgments have changed the overall course of justice. Our Legal world is providing an opportunity for young legal minds to express their opinion on these important judgments in form of case comment writing.


Eligibility

The Competition shall be open for all students who are pursuing 3 year- LL.B or 5 Year – LL.B degree, OR Pursuing LL.M, Ph.D., M.Phil, OR Any other Masters or terminal law degree in any recognized university in India.

The competition is also open for any lawyer, law graduate, teacher, and ser professional in the field of law

Submission Deadlines

  • Entries will be accepted through e-mail on or before 10th, October 2020
  • The submission must be original. No part of it should have been published earlier nor should it be under consideration for publication elsewhere.


Important Dates 

  • Last Date of Submission     10th OCT 2020 
  • Result Declaration               13th Oct 2020


Awards

  • The top three winners of each category shall be awarded with certificate of merit 
  • The top five case comments from each of two categories will be awarded with “ Certificate of Merit”
  • Certification of participation “ shall be given to all participants.
