We also represent both buyers and sellers in the purchase, lease, acquisition, and all types of transactions concerning real estate, including commercial and industrial real estate.

We have experience in representing clients in land development and obtaining necessary permission from the government and local authorities. We also settle disputes by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Process.

Our Courts of practice include the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, Company Law Board, Debts Recovery Tribunals, CAT Tribunal, SAT Tribunal, all Taxation Tribunals, etc.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities.

⦁ Litigation Drafting of contracts templates and review contracts related to company business

⦁ To handle legal queries independently and deal with legal and compliance vetting of documents and agreements

⦁ Liaise with external clients on agreement and contracts

⦁ Drafting of reply to legal notices, government communications, etc.

⦁ Giving legal opinion and advises on matters

⦁ Coordination with internal stakeholders

⦁ Effective risk management techniques and providing advice on legal issues
