About the team

  • The GPS Supply Chain team supports full engagement life-cycle from pursuit through closeout in support of the generation, management, and retention of Firm revenue.
  • The team facilitates contracts management activities that support engagement delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of the client contract.
  • The contracts team provides timely support to GPS Engagement teams that support client projects.
  • The GPS contracts team assist in identifying, mitigating, and managing risk (contract, compliance, regulatory, and delivery) throughout the engagement life cycle.

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Contract Management support to the GPS Contracts team including:

  • Statement of Work, Engagement letter, Change Order review
  • Prepare Contract brief and Contract management action plan
  • Identify key contractual terms and requirements including obligations and deliverables and associated risks
  • Entry of pertinent contract data in the contracts management system
  • Monitor and report contractual obligations and deliverables
  • Other ad hoc Contract management support activities as required

Required Qualifications 

  • Possess 3-7 years of post-qualification experience in risk and contract management
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office – Word, Basic Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in identifying contractual risks and suggesting risk mitigations
  • Exposure in managing full Contract Lifecycle
  • Exposure to managing international commercial and public sector contracts
  • Exposure to contract language and risk mitigations associated with access to highly confidential client information including PII/PHI
  • Experience in identifying business risks
