DigiLocker users can now digitally store health records and link them with Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) (NOV 10, 2022)

DigiLocker, the authentic documents exchange platform under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has successfully completed its second-level of integration with Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). The secure cloud-based storage platform of DigiLocker can be used now as a health locker for storing and accessing health records such as vaccination records, doctor prescriptions, lab reports, hospital discharge summaries etc.

DigiLocker had earlier completed level 1 integration with ABDM wherein the platform had added ABHA or Ayushman Bharat Health Account creation facility for its 13 crore users.

Prima facie termination of Kochhar as ICICI CEO valid, says HC; won't get post retirement benefits (NOV 10, 2022)

Justice Chagla dismissed an interim application filed by Kochhar seeking specific performance of her former employer's contractual obligations towards benefits due to her since her early retirement from the bank on October 4, 2018.

In her application, Kochhar sought specific performance of the entitlements and benefits that were unconditionally provided to her when the bank accepted her early retirement in 2018.

KERALA HC 

Letter row: Kerala HC issues notices to Thiruvananthapuram mayor (NOV 10, 2022)

Kerala high court on Thursday issued notices to Thiruvananthapuram mayor Arya Rajendran on a plea seeking the Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) inquiry into the controversial letter purportedly written by her to employ party cadres in the corporation.

In his petition, Sreekumar said more than one thousand appointments were conducted at the corporation in two years through back door, nepotism and corrupt practices.  He alleged investigation by a state agency will not suffice claiming several political bigwigs could be behind these deals.
