TRAI extends time to receive comments on ‘Draft Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations 2022’ (NOV 11, 2022)
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) had issued the ‘Draft Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations 2022’ on 9th September 2022 for comments/ counter-comments of stakeholders.
Now, some stakeholders have sought further extension of time for sending their comments on the ‘Draft Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2022’. %C2%A0In view of this, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of written comments up to 18th November 2022. Counter comments, if any, may also be submitted by 2nd December 2022.

Delhi High Court issues slew of directions for quick disposal of cases at consumer forums (NOV 11, 2022)
With over 9,100 cases currently pending at various District Consumer Disputes Redressal forums in the Capital, the Delhi High Court has issued a slew of directions for their fast disposal, including daily hearings of these cases.
The High Court also directed that the cause list, containing the details of cases to be heard on each date, must be published in advance so that the lawyers and litigants remain informed.

Billionaire Hinduja brothers to end their long family dispute, claims report (NOV 11, 2022)
The conflict among the billionaire brothers was because of a pact signed by them in 2014 that said that 'everything belongs to everyone and nothing belongs to anyone', revealed a Bloomberg report.
In June 2020, a UK court filing revealed that a dispute had started between Srichand and his three younger brothers over the ownership of the group’s Geneva bank.
