The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India after conducting a meeting on 20.03.2025 and 24.03.2025, recommended for transfer of Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari on 07.04.2025. Further, the Central Government has cleared the transfer of Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari from Hon'ble Madhya Pradesh High Court to Hon'ble Kerala High Court.

Hon'ble High Court at Kerala is currently functioning with a strength of 44 judges out of a total sanctioned judges strength of 47.
